Tried to charge me $39 extra to receive the package and then ghosted me when I asked why. Never got my stuff.

Upon (almost) delivery I was told I needed to pay $39.37 via MAIL ORDER to receive this. When I contacted the company for an explanation regarding this additional and un-agreed to cost, they did not respond and I did not get my package. I am not having to dispute the charge with my CC. Do not buy.
I ordered a plain stole so that we could do the embroidery work on our own. It took much longer than I expected to receive it. Once it arrived, I was disappointed in the quality of the material used as well as the stitching. It was a waste of money.
Peter and the team went above and beyond to get our design finished and in our hands well before the time we needed them. The finished product was a big hit and we were out of stock almost immediately. Great service and timely responses!
