For the orders which are based on custom specifications upon customer's request, we would require additional processing times. Once we dispatch the package, you will be able to follow it directly on the shipping company website or on our website with your tracking number.

Can I cancel my order once placed?

Do I get any refund once I cancel my order?

If you cancel before your order is shipped then you get a full refund and if your order is already shipped then we will deduct 25% of the total amount and then refund you the rest. For detailed information, take a look at our refund policy.
